Grilled Tofu!
So despite it sounding like a dying animal while being grilled on a George Foreman, tofu tastes delicious topped with some Island Soyaki from Trader Joes! I paired it with some baked sweet potato slices sprinkled with seasoning salt...yum! -Kelli
